Rum Essence
Rum made from sugarcane is a byproduct of either molasses or cane juice. The entire process infusing flavor and aroma to the end product. Spice, sugar and wood all combined to create a complexity of aroma and taste. Particularly useful where actual liquor may break down the composition of certain recipes.

Store essence in a cool dark place. Essence and extract flavors last
